Song start is the reference point for lyric timing, usually where the song begins (0:00) in this recording. Adjusting it shifts lyric following and the chords grouped with each line. The audio and detected chord times stay fixed.

1. Hover to see a cursor line, then click where the song begins. Press Play to check what you hear.
2. Choose Set song start at playhead to use that position.
3. If lyrics appear before the singing, move the start later. If they appear after the singing, move it earlier.

For a recording that starts partway through a song, enter that song position under Adjust lyric timing.
